If something is broken during your stay, please e-mail the description and photos of the damage to info@aparthotelzoutelande.nl. We will then see what needs to be repaired or replaced. Some damages incurred do, unfortunately, require us to charge you. If this is the case, we will contact you.
We do not charge for minor accidents and signs of use. If something is broken, please let us know so we can get the accommodation ready for the next guest.
If the inventory is incomplete or damaged on arrival, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mailing the damage description and photos to info@aparthotelzoutelande.nl or contact us at +31 (0)118 236 068. We will resolve this as quickly as we can.
Tip: before you start your trip, make sure you have insurance. Liability or travel insurance may cover the cost of damage to a holiday home, depending on the insurance terms.
